高频真空木材干燥设备

柴电两用红木烘干箱为柴电两用，可以燃烧木柴或煤炭产生热能进行烘干，也可以用电作为热能的双能源烘干箱。
箱体为金属框架结构，整体性强，箱体内壁为防腐铝板，外壁彩涂板，外形美观，坚实耐用。

统木材烘干炉是热量由物体表面向内部缓慢传入，而微波干燥木材是直接作用于木材整体，木材内部所含的水份和木材本身直接吸收微波能量加热。由于物料的表面水份易于蒸发，因此，物料内部温度约高于表面。使木材内外形成一定的压力差，加速了水份的表面迁移。微波干燥木材是以木材作为电介质，在微波电磁场中的作用下，引起木材中水分子的极化，由于电磁场的频繁交变，引起木材内水分子的剧烈运动，摩擦产生热量，木材整体温度升高，从而达到木材干燥目的。微波作用木材时，重庆木材烘干设备，应根据不同品种采用不同干燥温度，温度过高会形成内压过大，使木材产生内裂，温度过低，木材干燥速度太慢，当木材内部的温度高于100℃时，在木材中产生过量的水蒸汽压力，加速了水分子的移动。所以微波干燥木材的速度大大高于对流干燥（自然干燥、蒸汽干燥、红外干燥等）的速度。
